AUVELITY
AUVELITY is an oral NMDA receptor antagonist and sigma-1 receptor agonist approved for major depressive disorder and agitation associated with dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease. The Alzheimer’s agitation indication expands the product into a second large neuropsychiatric market.
Migraine and Sleep Medicine
SYMBRAVO is an acute migraine treatment, while SUNOSI is approved for excessive daytime sleepiness associated with obstructive sleep apnea or narcolepsy. Together they diversify Axsome’s commercial base beyond AUVELITY.
AXS-12 and Solriamfetol Development
AXS-12 has been submitted to the FDA for cataplexy in narcolepsy. Solriamfetol is also being developed in pediatric Phase 3 trials for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder and in the ENGAGE and SUSTAIN programs.
