VMT-Alpha-NET
VMT-α-NET is a lead-212 radiopharmaceutical in Phase 1/2a development for neuroendocrine tumors. Clinical results have shown durable disease control and deepening responses with longer follow-up, supporting further dose and patient-selection analysis.
VMT01
VMT01 targets the melanocortin-1 receptor in melanoma. It can be labeled with lead-203 for imaging and dosimetry or lead-212 for alpha-particle therapy, creating a matched diagnostic and therapeutic approach.
PSV359
PSV359 is another lead-212 program in Phase 1/2a development for solid tumors. It broadens Perspective’s clinical evaluation beyond neuroendocrine tumors and melanoma.
